No. All tools and the PDF drawing export are free even without signing in. A free account gives you one project with a smaller library; the paid subscription removes the limits and adds the export of the full dossier.

You sign in with an email and password. If you forget the password, use the reset link — we send a confirmation link by email, and it also works if you open it on another device.

The thread runs: drawing → weld → WPQR → WPS → welder → NDT → dossier. Upload a PDF drawing, mark the welds on it, give each a procedure (WPQR/WPS), assign a qualified welder and — where required — an NDT test. Once everything is linked, export a technical dossier with full traceability.

The drawing is the anchor of the documentation: every weld lives on its drawing, so all data (procedure, welder, NDT, heat number) is tied to a concrete location in the structure. You upload a PDF and the tool adds a markup layer over it.

On the workbench (a desktop tool) you click the weld location and pick the weld type; the symbol follows ISO 2553. You enter the dimensions (throat/leg, length), and where needed the position and process. The tool checks conformity with the chosen qualification as you go (green/yellow/red).

A WPQR is the welding procedure qualification record (EN ISO 15614-1): the procedure is qualified with a test piece witnessed by an examiner or examining body (an independent party). It is not a certificate, and Prokon does not issue it — Prokon only computes the range of qualification from the test-piece data (which thicknesses, positions and materials the WPQR covers) and stores existing WPQRs in your library.

A WPS is the welding procedure specification — the parameters the welder actually uses. Prokon builds it automatically from the linked WPQR and the weld geometry; you can adjust the values, and the system warns if they fall outside the qualified range.

In the welder register you keep qualifications per EN ISO 9606-1 with validity and 6-month confirmations. When assigning a welder to a weld, the system offers only those qualified for that weld (process, position, thickness, material) — so an invalid assignment cannot happen.

For a weld you set the NDT scope and methods (VT/UT/RT/PT/MT) by quality level and product standard, then assign an operator from the register (EN ISO 9712). Only an operator with the required level (≥2) signs the report. The result links to the weld and flows into the dossier.

The dossier is an audit-ready package that gathers everything — welds, WPQR, WPS, welders, NDT reports and the 3.1 material certificate (EN 10204) — into one traceable PDF. Dossier export is part of the paid subscription; individual sheets (WPS, drawing) can be printed for free.

Weldmaster for welding documentation: WPQR range and check (EN ISO 15614-1), welder qualifications (EN ISO 9606-1) with tracking of the 6-month confirmations and validity, the NDT personnel register (EN ISO 9712) and the cutting calculator. You can already link welds to procedures, welders and NDT for free; the subscription adds the export of the full technical dossier.

Ranges of qualification, coverage and requirements follow the clauses of the applicable standards — EN ISO 15614-1, 9606-1 and 9712, plus the product standards (EN 1090-2 with EXC execution classes, EN 13445, EN ISO 3834). The calculations assist; the standard and the judgement of the responsible welding coordinator (EN ISO 14731) prevail.

The quick check and the range of qualification work on a phone. The workbench for marking drawings is a dedicated desktop tool (larger screen, PDF and dragging).

The logic follows the standards and is verified with a test battery, but it remains an aid. The user or the coordinator is responsible for the correctness of the inputs and the conformity of the final documentation.

Documents are single-language — Slovenian or English. You set the default language in the app and can change it per document at every print or export; a foreign customer gets a clean English WPS sheet and dossier.

Yes. The stock register tracks every bar with its heat number and certificate; cutting inside a project optimizes against the actual stock, deducts the material on confirmation, returns usable offcuts (≥ 100 mm) to stock with the heat number preserved, and the saw operator gets a work order with a graphical cutting layout.

No. The subscription (9.99 € per month per person) has no lock-in; you can cancel at any time and export your data. It applies to you across all your organizations.

On servers in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt). Each organization is logically separated at the database level — your projects and libraries are visible only to your users.

Yes. You can print or export the documentation (with a subscription also as a full dossier); data or account deletion is handled on request via studio@prokon.si.

No. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising. The AI assistant is not live yet; when it is, privacy and any transfers will be handled in line with the GDPR. Details are in the privacy policy.

Not yet. An organization is used by one person, and editing is locked to one device at a time (another device is offered a takeover). The workspace syncs live between your own devices. Concurrent editing by several people is in preparation.

Upload the DXF files and receive a quote. After confirmation we run the cutting through partner production, and return the marked parts and material certificates to your project for audit traceability.

We are setting the service up. We already accept inquiries — the quote, deadline and price are confirmed before execution.

A subscription belongs to a person and applies across all their organizations. The payer can be a company: enter the company name, address and VAT ID at checkout and the invoice is issued to the company. An organization stays unlocked while its user holds an active subscription.

For saving and the connected process: unlimited projects, your own WPQR/welder/NDT libraries, the technical dossier, stock and per-project cutting, plus a discount on cut-on-demand. The tools themselves (markup, ranges, checks, calculator) are free even without an account.

With the monthly plan the first month is free: you enter your card at checkout, the first charge follows after 30 days, then monthly until you cancel. The yearly plan is charged at checkout and renews every year. Lifetime access is a one-off purchase with no renewal.

In your account (Account settings → Subscription → Manage subscription). Access runs to the end of the paid period. Your data is not deleted: the documentation stays visible and the organization reverts to the free plan.

Yes. For subscriptions the payment system issues an invoice for every payment (by e-mail and in the billing portal). Cut-on-demand is brokered — the pro-forma invoice and invoice are issued to you directly by the selected partner.

Cut-on-demand is a free brokerage: you upload the files and get an indicative price range, and we find you the best partner. The binding pro-forma invoice and invoice are issued to you by them directly; you also arrange payment with them. The on-site price is indicative only. Prokon secures traceability (heat numbers + 3.1 certificates).

Prices are stated excluding VAT, in EUR. VAT is applied under the rules applicable to the buyer’s status and country; VAT-registered customers in other EU countries enter their VAT ID at checkout.
